Jorie nailed it- Susan was among the kindest of souls. She was even kind as a 7th grader (which can't be said about many 7th graders!) where I met her at Thomas Jefferson Junior High in Aurora. We played French horn together for 6 years and made many happy memories together. We have kept up all these years via Christmas cards, emails, and reunions. I am grateful to have had her as a friend.
