Rae Jean Schwab, 70, of Zimmerman, MN. passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the Talahi Senior Center in St. Cloud, MN.
Rae Jean was born to Ray Segelstrom and Phyllis (Gauthier) Segelstrom on November 15, 1947 in Minneapolis, MN.
She is survived by her sons Jamie, Danny, and John.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Dale H. Schwab.
