Obituary of Michael James Adkins

            Michael James Adkins, 64, of Cambridge passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at his home.

            He was born on May 6, 1954 in Malvern, Arkansas to Robert and Darlene (Seado) Adkins.  The family moved to Spring Lake Park where he attended school and graduated from Spring Lake Park High School in 1972.

            He lived the past 15 years in Cambridge and was known as the John Deere Guy.  He loved fixing up and selling John Deere tractors.  Michael worked as a lab manager in the dental business for over 30 years.

            Michael was preceded in death by his father, and his life partner Amy’s father Harold Koeppen.  He is survived by life partner of 21 years, Amy Peters, and their children Mickey Adkins and Molly Adkins all of Cambridge, mother Darlene Adkins of Shelly, MN, sister Pam Johnson of Caledonia, as well as other family and friends.
