Obituary of Samuel Lawrence Villella

Samuel L. Villella “Sam” age 68 of Harris, MN, formerly of Mpls, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family and pets on April 3, 2015. Preceded in death by his parents Salvatore & Florence; brother Jerry and sister-in-law Barbara Villella. Survived by his loving wife of 47 years Carol Lee; children Julie (Tom) Kretsch, Brett (Kristin) Villella and Carri (Alex) Levitski. Proud grandfather of: Tyler Kretsch, Jaimee Kretsch, Jessica Kretsch, Maria Villella, Sophia Villella, Xander Levitski and Nico Levitski. Also survived by his brothers Frank (Bobbie) Villella and Nick Villella; sisters Theresa (Chuck) Bergman, Kathy (Vern) Humphries and Jenni (Bruce) Kallestad, sister-in-law Lorna Villella, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Beloved Husband, Father and Grampy. His legacy will live through his children, grandchildren, family and friends. The life lessons he has shared with us will continue to shape our lives for many years to come. Sam was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer and card-player.
