Obituary of James Allen Swanson

James A. “Jim” Swanson, age 59, of Stacy, passed away unexpectedly after falling from his tree stand after a good day of deer hunting. Jim was the owner Lakeview Cabinetry and Woodworking. He loved to TALK, laugh, and be one with Jesus. His other passions were hunting, fishing and playing cards, especially the game “Hand and Foot”. Jim was preceded in death by his parents; Gail & Elmer Swanson, sisters Sandra Lemke and Alene Cramblit; sister-in-law Linda Swanson and brother-in-law Donald W. Christy. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years Susan, niece Mary Christy; beloved dog Jack; brothers John Swanson, Gerald Swanson and Joel (Diane) Swanson; sisters Joanne (Richard) Noot and Lael (Dale) Sandahl. Jim is also survived by in-laws Don & Jan Christy, Kevin & Shelly Christy and Joe Christy.
