I was remembering this quote today- the gist being - life is like planting tress in which you never intend on setting under the shade. How many trees did we plant? How many gardens, boulders, dirt mounds, plants/ flowers did we play with? For others that will set under and enjoy the fruit and the shade. YOU are like that to me. You are my normal, the undercurrent of my everyday existence. That is all I can say. You and I have been together nearly half my life. I am blessed and cursed to be missing you to the core. NO sympathy just honesty. If too open I apologize in advance to you.
Love you big guy- I will see you in all the trees in all the trails and all the flowers in which we planted.

Went to the lake twice yesterday and was able to make both mom and Sadie smile. The ducks are gone this week. Most of the ice is thawed. I miss you. But I am keeping the side of the bed warm and watching out for your chair. I slobber on everyone I can and I miss you-my master.

I'm so sorry about Tommy I have so many wonderful memories of Tommy when Kim and I would sit with Tommy and Peter. Tommy was always up to mischief, I am sure that is no surprise to anyone.
