On June 20, 1992, I was fortunate enough for this wonderful man to become my father-in-law. One of my fondest memories of him is doing the chicken dance at our wedding. Toby was a loving man, a smart man, a man with a great sense of humor and taught me so much about life. He was just a wonderful person and I'm going to miss him. I feel so lucky to have had him in my life.
