Obituary of Caroline Forsell

Caroline E. Forsell, 85, of Princeton passed away on Monday, October 31, 2011 at the Elim Home in Princeton. Caroline Emma Minnie (Schalo) Forsell was born on April 4, 1926 in Hasson Township, Minnesota to William and Lillie (Reinking) Schalo. She raised her children in South Minneapolis and retired with her husband Bill to live their dream life at Smokey Hollow Lake in Outing, Minnesota. Cary was happiest with her hands in the dirt, feeding the birds, feeding the multitudes, fishing, playing lawn darts, and blueberry picking with her Bill. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, parents, granddaughter Alyssa Caroline Beattie, sister Betty, brothers Bill and Don. Cary is survived by her children David (Angie) Forsell of Maple Lake, Dale (Deb) Forsell of Zimmerman, Dori (Rich) Beattie of Champlin, and Brian (Vicky) Forsell of Princeton, grandchildren Tim, Jason, Gina, Amy, Luke, Lee, Paul and John, great grandchildren Lincoln, Sam, Claire, Breeanna and Kellan, as well as many other family members and friends. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
