Obituary of Rosella M. Lindquist

Rosella Marie Lindquist (nee Nielsen) age 83 of Princeton, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017. Rosella was born on January 2, 1934 in Kandiyohi County to Viggo & Anna (nee Hanson) Nielsen. She grew up on a farm near Grove City, Minnesota, attended country school during her elementary years and graduated from Litchfield High School in 1952. On June 18, 1960 she was united in marriage to Larry Lindquist. They had a lifelong marriage of true love and steadfast love that lasted 56 years. She devoted her life to her family as a wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed watching the Minnesota Twins play ball, baking and cooking for her family and quilting at church for Lutheran World Relief. Rosella really enjoyed going to her grand kids events and especially their sporting events. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Kenneth. Rosella is survived by her husband Larry and two daughters, Loree (Paul) Hadden of Ramsey, Pam Pederson of Princeton and son Mark (Karyn) Lindquist of Maple Grove; grandchildren Jim, Brett, Terry and Katrina Hadden, Kelsie, Zachary (Kelly) Pederson, Adam, Eric and Kevin Lindquist. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday April 20, 2017 at Salem Lutheran Church 4638 381st Ave NW Dalbo, Minnesota, followed by a light lunch. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church. Interment at Salem Lutheran Cemetery.
