Obituary of Constance J. Erickson

    Constance J. Erickson “Connie” age 88 of Cambridge, formerly of Coon Rapids, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at GracePointe Crossing, Gables West on September 28, 2017.

    Constance was born in Minneapolis to Ralph and Ingrid Lundquist.  She graduated from Milaca High School in 1946.  Later, she married Robert “Bob” Erickson in 1948.  They lived in Coon Rapids for many years, raising their four children.  Connie moved to Cambridge in 1976 after the death of her husband, Robert.  She resided for the last 11 years in the townhomes of GracePointe Crossing.

    Connie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert “Bob”, son Bruce Erickson, sister Myrtiss Rowland and brother James Lundquist.

    She is survived by her children; Charles (Amanda) Erickson of Tucson, AZ,  Julie (Earl) Tooker and Sandra (Greg) Schneider.  Grandmother of: Brandon Murphy, Dan (Amy) Murphy, Lucas (Jennifer) Milz, Amy Erickson (Troy Lowry), Katie Schneider and Bobby Schneider;  Great-Grandmother of: Alison, Kyle, Jessica, Jacob, Andrew, Maeghan, Austin, Ashlin and Jack.

    Also survived by sister-in-law Ethelmarie Lundquist and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
