Obituary of Todd Crawford
Todd A. Crawford
Todd Alan Crawford, 46, of Bradford and Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2007 at his parents' home in Bradford, with his family and friends at his side.
Todd Alan Crawford was born in Cambridge, MN on July 24, 1961, to Louis "Tinker" and Sandra (Egelkraut) Crawford. Todd graduated from Cambridge High School in 1979. He was baptized at Cambridge Lutheran Church. He was an entrepreneur and was involved in a wide variety of business adventures, many of which involved his need to care for and nurture animals ranging from rabbits to ostriches. He also was a gardener who could make anything grow to be beautiful.
Of all the things Todd did (passionately), he was a son that didn't mind giving the orders (once in a while), he was a big brother who didn't mind giving a little "friendly" advice, he was an Uncle that didn't mind giving love, support, and hugs. He was a friend that would be there for you no matter what. He was an avid sports fan with a special passion for NASCAR. Not only was he a sports fan, he was a leader on his softball team, even being voted the MVP in 2004.
Todd was preceded in death by grandparents Katherine and Martin Crawford, Ella and Carl Egelkraut, uncles Martin, Jr. and Lige "Willy" Crawford, Carlton and Robert Egelkraut.
Todd is survived by his parents, Louis "Tinker" and Sandra Crawford, sister Tammy (Doc) Thronson, niece Raynee and nephew Jade. He is also survived by aunts and uncles Kurt and Trudy Koroschetz, Barb and Gene Egelkraut, Roy and Corinne Olson, Marlene Egelkraut, Annie Larson, Eddie and Eileen Crawford, Lola Crawford, Alan and Mary Crawford, and many cousins, and many, many friends.
Todd will be greatly missed by the people that loved him. We are comforted to know that he is now at peace.
