Obituary of Doloris M. Goetze

Doloris M. Goetze, 93, of Isanti went home to be with the Lord January 10^th 2018 at the Prairie Senior Cottages in Isanti.

            Doloris was born on December 21, 1924 in Grass Lake Township, MN to Erick and Emma Seaborg.  She was one of seven children, including her twin sister.  She married her husband, Dean, on June 26, 1948 in Duluth, MN.

            She was preceded in death by her husband Dean, son David and great-grandson Micah.

            Doloris is survived by children Joan (Chuck) Rivers of Andover, Jerry (Mary) Goetze of Columbia Heights, Janice Goetze of Shoreview, Jon (Michelle) Goetze of Las Vegas, NV, also  Susan Lynch of Blaine; grandchildren; Jennifer (Jon) Ruud, Jared (Jessica) Rivers, Amanda (Ryan) Murphy, Krissa (Gabe) Keenan, Stacy (Brian) Blomquist, Kimberly (Ross) Nelson, Kristina (fiancée Tony) Goetze and Tom (Samantha) Goetze; 29 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. 

            Doloris loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time together.  Most of all she loved the Lord and lived her life for Him.  She had the gift of hospitality an enjoyed having people over.  The more the merrier!  No one ever left hungry.  She could make a meal out of nothing which always amazed us.  Even though we will miss her, we are happy that she is in heaven and we will see her again someday.

            Private graveside service.  There will be a lunch served at Karmel Covenant Church in Princeton, MN at 1 PM on Monday Jan 15, 2018 for all who would like to join the family in memory of Doloris.
