Obituary of G. Mae Chamberlin

G. Mae Chamberlin, Age 106, of Cambridge, MN peacefully left many loved ones for her next great adventure on January 13, 2018.

      Preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, four sisters, and many, many friends and relatives. She devoted most of her life to working, helping others, volunteering, and raising a family. After finally retiring in 1977, she and Arnie acquired a modest lakefront cabin which quickly became a memorable focal point for descendants and friends. Her accepting and loving spirit lives on in those who knew her.

            She is survived by son Tom (Janice), son-in-law John Slater, nine grandchildren Paul (Judy) Chamberlin, Beth Sanders, Becky (Cliff) Hale, Barb McPhillips, Chris (Allison) Chamberlin), Eric (Tracey) Skalbeck, Mark (Laura), Skalbeck, Dean (Kathy) Skalbeck, and David (Jill) Slater, seventeen great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

            A celebration of Life will be held later this year.
