Obituary of Mavis Rasmussen Hutchins

 Mavis Rasmussen Hutchins, age 99, passed away on June 28, 2018, at Grace Pointe Crossing in Cambridge, Minnesota.  
 She was born on April 25, 1919, in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Roy and Mary (Lundberg) Rasmussen. Mavis lived many of her years in California working for and retiring from McDonnell Douglas.  She spent the last several years of her life in Minnesota at Grace Pointe Crossing in Cambridge.  We would like to recognize the fine people who work and volunteer at Grace Pointe Crossing as she could not have gotten any better care.  She made many friends (staff, volunteers and residents) that loved and treated her like she was their family. She will be missed by many.  
   

  She was preceded in death by her parents; 5 grandchildren,  sister, Meryl Rasmussen;  spouses, William Petterson, Robert Macy Sr. and Larry Hutchins;  sons, Barry Petterson, Dennis Petterson and
 Robert Macy Jr.;  daughters Marilyn (Marty)  Brown and Marlys Anthony
  She is survived by; sister, Marlys Bellmar;  brother, Roy Rasmussen;  children, E.Mildred Hemmelgarn, Marge Linton, Mark Macy Sr., Mary Clodfelter, Michelle Mastrangelo, Robyn Ely, Sharon Juhl, Steven Hutchins and Mark Hutchins.  There are 38 grandchildren and too many great and great great to count.
