Obituary of Ramona Estelle Torell

Ramona E. Torell age 73 of Cambridge, passed away suddenly at her home on July 20, 2018.

Ramona was born and raised in Cambridge.  She graduated from Cambridge High School, Class of 1962.  Ramona married Paul Torell on June 8, 1963.  They made their home in Cambridge, raising 3 children.  She also worked at Cambridge Regional Center; retiring after 31 years at the age of 62. 

Ramona enjoyed the outdoors, playing with her many dogs, watching and feeding the many variety of birds that came to her feeders and tending her yard.

She was preceded in death by her parents Rudy & Eleanore Braun; granddaughter Chloe Torell;  brother Richard Braun and two of her favorite canine companions Taz and Whiskey.

Ramona is survived by her loving husband of 55 years Paul; children Greg (Jackie) Torell of Cambridge, Gina (Charles) Johnson of Cambridge and Corey (Tammy) Torell of Cambridge.

Grandmother of: Cory Torell, Frank Collins (fiancé Nicole), Nicole Torell (fiancé Justin), Zach Torell, Ryan Johnson, Lane Johnson, Coy Torell, Kelsey Torell and Keaton Torell. 

Great-Grandmother of: Elizabeth Reichel, Wyatt Torell and Bennett Reichel.

Also survived by many friends.

Friends may gather 1 hour prior to service at the funeral home.
