Obituary of Gloria Ann Gall

Gloria A. Gall (nee Stellmach) age 80 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 29, 2019.  Gloria was born on October 6, 1938 to Julius and Helen Stellmach on a farm in Foley, MN.

Gloria loved to dance.  While dancing at the Pierz Fun Center she met the love of her life, Herbert Gall.  She has been dancing with Herbert for 62 years.

When she wasn’t dancing, she loved fishing, hunting, canning, camping, gardening, pickling, making sausage.  Later in life she enjoyed going to the casino. Gloria had a special way of playing the machines that brought her lots of luck. 

She was a tremendously good cook.  She had the uncanny gift of dirtying every dish in the cupboard to create a scrumptious meal for her family and friends.

Gloria loved being a grandmother and great-grandmother. She especially enjoyed holding the little babies.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Herbert; children Gail (Gordon) Johnson, Penny Peterson (Richard Miller and Shelby), Brenda (Dan) Klocker and Dennis Gall.

Grandmother of: Jessie (Carlena) Johnson, Rochele Johnson, Kenneth (Aerial) Johnson, Amanda (Chris) Wilmot, Timothy Peterson, Adam Peterson, Joshua (Agnieszcka) Klocker, Charles Klocker, Danielle Gall ( fiancé Cody Gergen) and Dawson Gall.    Great-grandmother of: Shelby, Mason, David, Daniel, Kevin, James, Jake, Blake, Zoe, Wyatte, Makayla, Liam, Haley, Randy, Autumn, Kai, Aynslee, Brynna, Deagan and Lucas James.

Also survived by her sisters Margie Moulzolf and Donna (Ronald) Rosa and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Great-grandchild Justin Jr.; sisters Irene Nehring, Laverne Gorecki and Alice Jedlicki; brothers Norbert, Julius Jr., Ernest, Alex, Jerome, Kenneth, Virgil, Dennis, Donald, and John Stellmach.

A celebration of Gloria’s life will be held at a later date.
