Obituary of Dolores Moline

Dolores Jean Moline, 89, of Cambridge passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the Cambridge Health Care Center. She was born March 9, 1918 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to John and Clara (Cornwell) Steffenson. She grew up in Isanti where she attended one room school through grade seven and attended high school graduating from Cambridge High School in 1936. After high school she attended a business college for a short time. On October 12, 1940 she was united in marriage to Clinton Moline at Cambridge Lutheran Church. The couple moved to Worthington where Clint worked for his uncle for 7 years. They moved to Bradford in 1947 and went into the turkey farming business. In 1949 they moved to a farm north of Isanti to continue their farming and retired from farming in 1965. Clint started Moline Realty in 1965 and he worked there till he retired. After retiring, Dolores and Clint enjoyed wintering in Bonita Springs, Florida. Dolores and Clint spent many summers from 1957 �" 1968 at their cabin on Rainy Lake and in the summer of 1968 they built a cabin in Sioux Narrows, Ontario, Berry Lake, and spent many summers there. Dolores was a member of the Eastern Star, and a longtime member of the Cambridge Lutheran Church. She liked to play bridge, enjoyed playing the piano and dancing, and especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, twin sister Dorothy Plasha, brothers Henry and Dell Steffenson, sisters Myrtle Kreis and Rose Straube. Dolores is survived by her husband Clinton of Cambridge, son Craig and wife Linda Moline of Cambridge, daughter Jane and husband Dennis Munson of St. Cloud, four grandchildren Chad and wife Megan Moline of Edgerton, WI, Carrie Moline-Gibbs and husband Chris of Cambridge, Ross and wife Kari Munson of St. Paul, Molly Munson of St. Paul, six great grandchildren Caiya and Cuincy Gibbs, Conrad and Madelyn Moline, Annika and Greta Munson, as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and other friends in Cambridge and Florida.
