Obituary of Lillian Olson

Lillian M. Olson, 84, of Cambridge, formerly of Stark joined her family in heaven on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at the Haven House in Cambridge. Lillian Marion Olson, was born in Fish Lake Township, Stark, Minnesota. on Dec. 16th, 1928 to Olaf Charles and Alma (Nelson) Olson. Lillian attended school at Stark. She worked at Sundberg's Nursing Home and the Cambridge State Hospital. Due to many health problems, Lillian was unable to keep working. She lived on the home farm with her parents and dedicated her life to their care, and shared her love with her extended family. After her father's death, Lillian and her mother moved to a home in Cambridge. Lillian stayed on in the home after her mother's death. Lillian fell and broke her hip. Because of severe osteoporosis, Lillian would spend the rest of her life in care centers. She is survived by nieces and nephews Bruce Burda of Stark, Donald (Arlene) Burda of Stark, Richard (Janet) Burda of Pine Lake, Barbara Holm of Hawaii, Sharon (Claire) Bismark of Askov, Fred (Kathy) Mattson of New Mexico, Virginia Shipley of Lindstrom, Shirley Olson of Isanti, Barbara (Clifford) Holcomb of North Branch, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
