Obituary of Doris Anderson

Doris H. Anderson, 89, of Eden Prairie, formerly of Wyanett passed from this life into the next on Friday, December 27, 2013 at the Castle Ridge Care Center in Eden Prairie. She was born on March 17, 1924 in Wyanett Township, Isanti County, Minnesota to C. Albert and Lydia (Pearson) Anderson. She grew up in Wyanett where she attended country school. Doris went on to attend a bible college in Chicago, IL and graduated in 1949. Doris lived in Minneapolis and worked several years as a mail specialist with the Evangelical Free Church of America. The past few years she was a resident at the Castle Ridge Care Center. Growing up, she was a member of the Wyanett Evangelical Free Church and in recent years was a member of First Evangelical Free Church in South Minneapolis. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, brother David Anderson, sisters Frances Carlson, Violet Anderson, and Elizabeth Anderson. She is survived by her brother Vernon and wife Phyllis Anderson of Rockford, IL, sister-in-law Carolyn Anderson of Turlock, CA, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
