Obituary of Louise Lamusga

Louise Anne Lamusga, 65, of Cambridge (MN) and Las Vegas (NV), died March 7th, 2014 from ovarian cancer. Louise was born on April 5th, 1948 in St. Cloud, MN - the youngest child of Helen and Sylvester Lamusga. She graduated from Browerville High School as the Valedictorian and went on to get her Bachelor's of Science from the University of MN. After college she moved to Cambridge where she worked as a Medical Technologist and Lab Manager at the Cambridge Medical Center for 39 years. She retired in 2011 and moved to the warmth of Las Vegas in June of 2013. Louise was very active at Christ the King Catholic Church in Cambridge and loved spending time with her family, playing bingo, reading, playing cards, and cheering on the Gophers, Vikings, and Twins. Louise is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons: Alex Lamusga, of Las Vegas; and Joseph Lamusga, of Indianapolis. She is also survived by: her brother, Dr. David (Kaaren) Lamusga, of Alexandria; sister, Marirose (George) Hook, of Big Lake; six nieces and two nephews.
