Obituary of Lyle Stevens

Butch (Lyle) Richard Stevens, 63, of Princeton, formerly of Northeast Minneapolis passed away on Friday, May 23, 2008 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids. He was born June 23, 1944 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Norm and Patricia (Kingsley) Stevens. On August 28, 1961 he entered the United States Navy and served in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged from the Navy on June 18, 1965. Butch also served in the United States Army Reserve and was honorably discharged on July 16, 1982. Butch worked as a bus driver for many years at First Student Transportation. He is survived by son Jason and wife Tami Stevens of Cambridge, daughter Candice and husband Tim Leske of Princeton, six grandchildren Devin, TJ, Ty and Jaden Leske, Malli and Kaili Stevens, as well as many brothers, sisters, other relatives and friends.
