Obituary of Cory Bergloff

Cory J. Bergloff, 24, of Elkton, South Dakota and formerly of Cambridge, MN died in a car accident on Sunday, September 28, 2014 near Elkton. Cory John Bergloff was born on May 28, 1990 in Cambridge, Minnesota to John and Carla (Holt) Bergloff. He was baptized and confirmed at Cambridge Lutheran Church. Cory attended school in Cambridge and graduated from Cambridge-Isanti High School in 2009. After high school he would move to South Dakota and began working at the Larson Door Company in Brookings and was still presently working there. He loved to hunt, trap and fish. Spending time with his family and friends was something Cory thoroughly enjoyed. Friends and family were very important to him, especially the Edblad family and Pat Rehbein who were a very instrumental part of his life. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Peter and Joyce Holt. Cory is survived by his son Klayton Thompson of Oak Creek, WI, parents John and Carla Bergloff of Cambridge, brothers Christopher Bergloff of Cambridge, Paul Bergloff of Brookings, SD, Grant Bergloff of Cambridge, grandparents Doug & Marilyn Bergloff of Cambridge, and Don & Joan Reed of Buffalo, MN, many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends..
