Joan T. Mangels, 83, of Anoka passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at GracePointe Crossing West. She is survived by her daughter Gayle and husband Todd Goodell of Isanti, sons Ted Jr. and wife Anita Mangels of Naples, FL, David Mangels of Washington, 3 grandchildren Jeffrey Mangels, Thomas and Amy Steinke, great granddaughter Brianna, nephew John and wife Janet Hagen of Stewartville and their children Bryan, Michelle and Benamin.
