Obituary of Rose Bergstrom

Rose Bergstrom, 79 of Dalbo, went home to be with our Lord, on Thursday, April 23, 2009. She died at Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton, surrounded by family, friends and her Pastor. She was born on February 13, 1930, on her parents' farm near Dalbo, MN. She loved and worked her farm that had been in her family since the late 1800's. She loved animals and even named all of the cows she'd ever owned. She helped many people over the years, enjoyed her pets, crocheting and bingo. Rose never married and officially never had children of her own. In her heart she adopted her nephew Morris Bergstrom Jr. at age 10 months. She and her Uncle Willard loved, cared for and raised him as their own. She loved and helped raise many of her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and even her great, great nieces, and nephews. She will be missed by all who loved her. Rose was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Ida Bergstrom and her Uncle Willard Bergstrom, her brothers and sisters; Ruby Brewster, Morris Bergstrom Sr., Goldie Walkner, Carol Bergstrom, Ivan Bergstrom, Sue Bergstrom and Clarence Bergstrom. She is survived by special nephew Morris Bergstrom of Princeton, special niece Leann (Ken) Peters of Cambridge, special great niece Heather Kaml of Mora, and special great great nieces and nephew Samantha, Ashley and Anton Kaml, as well as several other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
