Obituary of Darrin Lindquist

Darrin Allan Lindquist, 41, of Cambridge died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at his home. He was born April 13, 1968 in Cambridge, Minnesota to Loren and Ethel (Jaynes) Lindquist. He was baptized and confirmed at Cambridge Lutheran Church. Darrin grew up in Cambridge where attended grade school and delivered the newspaper in town for several years. He graduated from Cambridge High School in 1986. Darrin worked at the charcoal plant in Isanti, was a cook at People's Café and worked several years as an aide with the State Hospital and different group homes. Darrin loved gaming and working on computers, was an accomplished guitar player and played in several local bands over the years. He especially loved caring for his two cats. He was preceded in death by his sister Debra Kay Lindquist, mother, grandparents Albin and Mabel Lindquist, Owen and Hilma Jaynes. Darrin is survived by his father Loren Lindquist of Cambridge, aunts and uncles Doris and Richard Johnson of Braham, Roy and Eleanor Anderson of Cambridge, Delbert and Joyce Lindquist of Cambridge, as well as many cousins other relatives and friends.
