Obituary of Betty Hord

Betty Jean Hord, 79, of Minneapolis, formerly of Columbia Heights and Cambridge passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at the Jones-Harrison Residence in Minneapolis. She was born July 30, 1930 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Archie Sr. and Edith (Wendorff) Olson. She was united in marriage to George E. Hord and he passed away November 27, 1981. Betty is survived by her son George and wife Nancy Hord of Columbia Heights, daughters Pam Hord of Columbia Heights, Waneta Hord of Roseville, four grandchildren Andrew, Alicia, Barbara and Anna, brother Archie Olson Jr. wife Deanna of Brainerd, sisters Yvonne Olson of Braham, Karen and husband Ken Bocklund of Cambridge, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
