Obituary of Kathleen Larson

Kathleen Joan Larson, 53, of Cambridge, formerly of Coon Lake passed away on Friday, July 2, 2010 at the Cambridge Medical Center with her husband, granddaughter Brittany, and friend Nicole Hibbert by her side after her brave battle with lung cancer. She was born on May 24, 1957 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Harold and Elaine (Kuhl) Posey. Kathy attended school in St. Francis. She worked for a few cleaning companies and later worked independently, cleaning homes for many different families for several years. On December 21, 1978 she was united in marriage to Ronald Larson at Faith Lutheran Church in Isanti. They lived for a short time in Isanti before moving to their home northeast of Bradford. Kathy enjoyed gardening, her horses, dogs and other animals. She was very creative, always making things look beautiful. She enjoyed writing notes and poems. Kathy was always busy with something, was always very organized and kept everything clean wherever she went. She was the most caring person you could ever know. Kathy is survived by her husband Ronald of Cambridge, daughter Nicole Hart of St. Paul, five grandchildren Brittany Larson, Tory, Alyssa, Ryan and Shaun Hart, great grandson Jayden Peterson, whom she loved so dearly, step daughter Pam (Lance) Rydh and granddaughter Lauren of Andover, sister Bonnie Hiljus of Laughlin, NV, brother Michael Posey of Circle Pines, the Peterson family of Andover, as well as many other relatives and friends.
