Obituary of Barbara Anne Walker

Barbara Anne Walker, age 68 of Dalbo, formerly of Chattanooga, TN, passed away peacefully at St. Therese Home of New Hope surrounded by her family on April 2, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Jesse Hester and sister Dorothy Jones. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Paul; 3 children Leary (Susan Farago), Paula (Mark) Cordero, Lon (LeeAnn); 5 grandchildren Ashley Cordero, Amanda Cordero, Jackson Walker, William Walker, Aaron Cordero. Barbara was survived by brothers Robert Hester and Fred (Betsy) Hester; sisters Hazel Frady and Mary Yates and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Anne’s favorite activities included cooking and baking, collecting autograph photos, and family tree research. Celebrating Christmas and birthdays, especially with cake. In her youth, she was an excellent typist and had beautiful handwriting. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.
