Obituary of Teresa McFetridge

Teresa Anne McFetridge, 50, of Stanchfield died unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at her home. Teresa was born November 5, 1956 in Minneapolis to Gerald and Audrey (Walberg) Simon. She lived in Blaine and graduated from Coon Rapids High School in 1974. She moved to Cambridge in 1978. On June 5, 1982 she married Mark McFetridge and they moved to Stanchfield. Teresa worked as a bookkeeper in Cambridge for Rum River Co-op, East Central Soils and Team Industries. More recently she was primarily a homemaker, working part time and volunteering with Health Directed Riding in Grandy. Teresa and Mark enjoyed auto racing, attending several races each year. She enjoyed playing cards and other games with neighbors and friends. Teresa also enjoyed clowning with her mom and filled the rest of her time doing arts and crafts. She was preceded in death by her son Jon, sister Catherine, and father Gerald, grandparents Glynn and Charlotta Simon, Lloyd and Alma Walberg. Teresa is survived by her husband Mark of Stanchfield, mother Audrey and husband Ted D'Autrechy of McGregor, brother Steve and wife Jody Simon of Dayton, Tony and wife Kim Simon of Zimmerman, her dog Tina Turner, as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
