Obituary of Lester Bell

Lester Edward Bell, 91, of Cambridge, formerly of Brainerd passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2007 at the Cambridge Health Care Center. He was born May 22, 1916 in Brainerd, Minnesota to Edward and Theresa (Eggen) Bell. Lester grew up in Brainerd and graduated from Brainerd High School. In April 1942 he entered the United States Army served during World War II and was honorably discharged on October 26, 1945. On November 22, 1945 he was united in marriage to Delphine Barstad. Lester worked in Brainerd for several years and after he retired and Delphine passed away he moved to Cambridge. Lester is survived by his sons Jon Bell and wife Denise Young of Somerset, WI, Terry Bell and wife Carol of Cambridge, four grandchildren Kristina, Eric, Karen and Mark, and one great granddaughter Alicia, as well as other relatives and friends.
