My name is Lynne Dablow, and my Mom and Jo were golfing buddies, and wonderful competitors in the early days, when the "club" was just off 6 - west of Grandy. Later, after my Mom's diagnosis with memory loss, and my promise to come home, and help her maintain her dignity and independence, I met Jo as a peer. She kept me sane when life felt, to me, to be "hanging by a thread."
God blessed me to have Jo at Riverwood Village, while I was caring for my Mom, daily. Jo, Jane Skogman, Jeanette Emmons, and Ruby Hollingsworth helped me maintain my Mom's quality of life in those tough years. They kept an eye out for Betsy!
Jo, I thank u from the bottom of my heart, and I am so sorry I did not find the time needed to visit you before your passing. I will track you down, when I find my way Home. You are there, and we are here. Always together, but what peace and PURE love you must be enjoying now. I love you, Jo!
