My sincere condolences to all the family members of Ralph. He sounded like such a wonderful man, I sure wish I could have known him. He will be greatly missed, but my hope and prayer is that his memories will sustain you in the hard times as you say good-bye. May God bless you and comfort you. Lisa

I was privileged to live next door to Ralph for many years in Maple Grove. When I think of Ralph I think of the almost constant smile on his face and his helping. Ralph was one of the best joke tellers I have ever known. I would tell him a joke and he would rework it to be really funny. Ralph knew a lot about a lot of different things. He was a constant resource for my questions about gardening, carpentry, mechanics, fishing and more. Ralph never had to be asked for help. When I was on the roof shingling - soon Ralph would be on the roof beside me doing a much better job then me. When I was working on a car, Ralph would wander over and give me his advice or help- never telling me I was doing it wrong. When I needed a hole dug, he would be there with his shovel or back hoe.
To say I will miss Ralph would be a huge understatement.
I have know him since he built on Steamboat. He was a great guy, so nice fun and considerate. His kid/nephews played with my son Trevor. He will definitely be missed at the lake. Lots of prayers to the family.
