Dear Lois was so special to our family. She shared God's love with those around her and took on the burdens of others through prayer. There were very few places in the area that she didn't have an entertaining story to match. Her farm (now Skiba's) was her anchor and source of many wonderful memories. She shared many items with the historical society, including her Grange memorabilia.
She had wanted to be a missionary and I believe she accomplished that goal as she witnessed to His love with those she met. I was blessed to be her confidant, friend and adopted family. Rest in peace with David, Johanna and other family you were waiting to join.
We will miss you. Judy

Our deepest sympathy to all of you. Lois will be missed. We always enjoyed sharing stories of "the farm", as we shared that special bond. May her spirit live on within all that knew her.

Lois was a long-time member of the Oak Leaf Grange. She used to share stories of when she was little and the Grange was a huge part of her life. She loved to serve pie at our Ham Fund-Raiser Dinners. I will miss her smile and humorous stories about life!

God gained a very special angel. I had the pleasure of knowing Lois at the North Branch Senior Center and had just seen her before Thanksgiving doing some sewing for her. So enjoyed her visits and know she is with all of those gone before her. Sending my thoughts and prayers to all of her family.. Betty Schlipp
