Memories of Auntie Aurora how can I limit them to only one. I am the daughter of her special Christmas family. So many memories, sitting at the table one Christmas when I was about 5 with the 4 Clarences, my dad, Clarence, my grandpa, Clarence, my little brother, Clarence and my great uncle Clarence. Opening presents Christmas morning with Auntie Aurora and Uncle Clarence, eating breakfast with them, and enjoying the Christmas day. My favorite memories are of our wonderful pancake suppers. We would go to Auntie and Uncle's house. Auntie and Mama would make pancakes , bacon and sausage, we would try and keep track of how many we could eat. I remember sitting on couch with Uncle Clarence. He would read to my brother and sister, our favorite story, Lucinda and the circus. Lucinda was a donkey who went to the circus. We would sit, Clarence Jr. on Uncle Clarence's knee, Vicky sitting on the couch next to him and me standing behind hanging over his neck to see the pictures. He would read and read it while Aunt Aurora and Mama would make pancakes and Dad would sit and listen waiting for the story to finish. What a wonderful part of my childhood they were and what a lasting impression they made on my both made on my life. Auntie became the grandma to us when our wonderful Grandma went to heaven. I can just hear the happy reunion of all the Olson brothers and sisters, their parents, spouses and children . I can hear Auntie Anna saying how did that song go Ellen. Grandma would tell her and Auntie Aurora would say no no Ellen that is not the way. You will be missed Auntie
