Obituary of Jacqueline Kriesel
Jackie Kriesel of Isanti, died peacefully on Monday September 16th, 2013 at home with her family present at the age of 52. She had been courageously and persistently battling cervical cancer since 2007.
She was born on March 31, 1961 to Robert and Joyce Gunderson of Minneapolis. She graduated from South High School in 1979. She worked at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital as a housekeeper with
environmental services. She dedicated herself to 33 years of
enjoying her job, providing exceptional customer service, making numerous friends and vowing that she would never retire.
In 1981, Jackie married her long time love, Jim Kriesel. They moved to Isanti in 1983 where they built their home. They had two children; Alisha and Robby. She was very supportive and involved in all of her children's activities especially wrestling. She loved going to her family cabin where she would swim, fish, suntan, kayak, go for walks, and play cards. She enjoyed being outside, gardening, crafting, sewing, selling Avon, drawing, going out to eat, finding rocks, searching antique stores, talking on the phone and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Jim; her daughter Alisha (Scott) Rand, her son Robby (Laura) Kriesel; grandchildren Jaylen and Cora Rand; brother Tom (Dar) Bergerson; sisters Kay Bergerson, Linda (Jim) Stewart, and Jody (Bruce) Radamacher; many sisters in law and brothers in law; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Joyce Gunderson and brother Mike Bergerson.
She is loved greatly by many and will be deeply missed.
