My mom, Ramona Joann (Anderson) Miller was born in 1936 in Cambridge to Esther (Anderson) Miller and Jacob Miller. She was cousins with Phyllis. Phyllis was such a wonderful, loving cousin to my mom who passed away in 2003. Phyl came to visits us in Washington State many times and my mother looked forward to every minute she could spend with one of her favorite cousins. After my mom's death, Phyllis made it a point to call me every month just to check in with me and keep in contact. I so appreciated her calls. I'm saddened to hear of her passing, but when the calls quit, I assumed she had left this place to be with her lord and savior. Rest in peace Phyllis and please give my mom lots of loving from her family. Until we meet again...

While my heart is heavy with the news of Phyllis passing, I will also rejoice that she is in Heaven. I have such fond memories of her from Elmhurst Commons. I absolutely LOVED taking care of her. It was" Rise and Shine" in the morning and then the fun began with her. She was full of fun and never missed out on a good conversation. She always talked of her family and how much she loved you all. Her kind spirit shines through all of you. I smile when I think of her knowing she is with Jesus. Something she used to talk about all the time. But I would tell her she needed to wait her turn. Rest in Peace sweet Phyllis! Prayers sent to her family at this difficult time. She was Wonderful!

Phyllis will always have a special place in our hearts. She made Everett feel so welcome from his first day as Steve's teacher and it didn't take long until we both felt the whole family was part of ours. All of our love to everyone. Sandy just noticed that Phyllis's middle name was spelled the same as her mothers.
