Obituary of Blaine James Zak

Blaine James Zak, stillborn son of Ryan and Jodi Zak went home to heaven on Friday, May 16, 2008 at the Cambridge Medical Center. He is survived by his parent Ryan and Jodi Zak, sister Brittany and brother Bryce all of Isanti, grandparents Bill and Linda Holland of Isanti, Ron and Sandy Zak of Isanti, aunts, uncles and cousins Jeff and Tally Holland and children Tyla and Jori of Isanti, Julie Holland of Pine City and fiancé Randy May, Donny and Chelsie Zak and children Taylor and Tessa of Isanti, Wade and Bonnie Zak and children Zachary and Brody of Cambridge.
